Please note that all the questions and answers mentioned below are related only for orders placed through our website.

How can I place an order?

  1. Browse the products and add to cart.
  2. Navigate to Check out page.
  3. Enter your personal details. Delivery address, contact number etc.
  4. Select the Payment method. ( Cash On Delivery, Card, Bank Deposit)
  5. Double check accuracy of the order details. And place the order.

I have placed my order. What’s next?

  • After you have placed the order, we will send you a Confirmation email to the email address you submitted .

We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

  • We will be handing over your order to a 3rd party courier service. And they will deliver within 3 working days (The delivery date may vary due to the fuel crisis of the country / Only applicable for Sri Lankan customers. International customers will not face this issue as we send their packages through air mail)
  • They will contact you in advance to the delivery, please be kind enough to answer the phone. If there is any delay, do let us know by calling or dropping an email,

Are there any other ways to place the order?

  • You can visit our Facebook page/ Facebook shop and place your order via messenger / Whatsapp as well.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

  • Unfortunately no, you will have to place another order. Anyhow you can contact our hotline, provide your order numbers to make sure all orders are dispatched on the same day by the same courier, so you will be able to receive all of your orders at once.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

  • Please contact us through our WhatsApp hotline from Monday - Friday within working hours.

 

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments
  • Our web site will be integrated soon with the secured 2Checkout payment gateway 
  • Credit Card: any VISA, MASTER credit cards and American express cards.
  • Debit Card: Online activated debits cards only.
  • Other payment methods : Payhere also facilitates other online paying methods as well. ( Ex : Frimi, Genie etc.)NOTE : Please note that we do not have credit card payment on delivery with us at the moment. 

Cash on delivery
  • Cash on delivery is available only for the Sri Lankan customers islandwide. You can hand over the payment as cash when the delivery agent comes to deliver you the order. 

Bank Deposits
  • We will send you an email/ text with our bank details. Do let us know once the deposit is done within 1 working day and please share the an image of the deposit/transfer slip via WhatsApp or email us.I f the payment is getting delayed for more than 1 day do let us know tabout your situation, so that we can keep your product separated from the available stocks.

What are the delivery charges?

  • The current delivery charge is Rs. It may vary depending on the time.

 

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

  • You can inform us through email () or simply call ( 0775887553 ). Please be kind enough to inform us within 24 hours after placing the order, or the product will be reserved for you.The cancellation should be informed within 24 hours of placing the order.

Can I get a refund?

  • Sorry, the payment is not refundable. You can inform us by calling or sending an email and change the ordered products to the amount which you have paid.

 

Exchanges

Can I exchange my order?

  • Yes
  • Exchange is possible within 7 days from the delivery but you have pay the return and delivery charges.

    3. After we have received it we will notify you through messenger / whatsapp.

    4. We will then send you the selected dress through the courier. Please pay the delivery charge and take the parcel.

Delivery

How many days will it take to deliver my order?

  • Generally your products will be delivered within 4 working days. If. your delivery gets late due to an unavoidable circumstance, we will inform you beforehand.

Can I return my complete/part of the order at the time of delivery?

  • Sorry, we don't perform Instant Return/Open Delivery service i.e. the facility of returning complete/part of order at the time of delivery.
  • This means that returning (a part of) an order at the time of delivery will not be possible. However, if you feel dissatisfied with your purchase, you can always exchange your items within 7 days upon the delivery. Please check our exchange policy for more information.
