Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should be sent to the following address:

• Once your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

• All courier charges related to returns must be borne by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

• Exchanges are only allowed for different sizes or colors of the same item.

• All courier charges related to exchanges must be covered by the customer.

• Exchange requests will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned garment.

• You will be issued an exchange code once your item passes a quality inspection.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, a refund of the purchase price will be issued via your original payment method.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This allows you to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

To qualify:

• The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Currently, all our products are non-refundable.
